SEAMENDER는 인증된 다이버와 ROV를 활용한 수중 검사 및 점검 서비스를 제공하고 선체 및 구조물 상태 모니터링, 선급 인증 지원, 손상 평가, 해양오염 점검 등을 국제 기준에 따라 수행합니다.

1  |  General Underwater Inspection

입항 조건 및 작업 환경에 따라 인증된 Diver와 ROV를 활용한 수중 검사를 제공하며, 선급 기준 충족 및 선체 상태 모니터링을 지원합니다.

  • 드라이도킹 대체 수중 검사 (UWILD)

  • 일반 선체 상태 검사

  • 수중 CCTV 및 스틸사진 기록

  • ROV 검사

  • 해양생물 오염 및 손상 상태 평가

  • 선급 및 선주 제출용 보고서 작성

  • 뉴질랜드 MPI 및 호주 Biofouling 기준에 따른 해양오염 점검

We provide routine underwater inspections for hulls and marine structures, supporting both condition monitoring and class certification requirements. Depending on site conditions, inspections are conducted using either professional divers or ROVs.

수중 비파괴 검사(NDT) 서비스를 전문 장비와 다이버를 통해 제공합니다.
해당 검사는 수중 구조물의 결함, 부식, 손상 여부를 평가하면서도 피검사체에 물리적 손상을 주지 않기 때문에 선급 검사, 정기 유지보수, 수리 필요 여부 판단에 필수적입니다.

 

전문 검사 항목:

  • 교류장 전류 측정(ACFM): 도막을 제거하지 않고 용접부 균열 탐지

  • 와전류 검사 (Eddy Current): 비철금속의 표면 결함 탐지

  • 자분탐상 검사(MPI): 철강재의 균열 및 표면 결함 탐지

  • 초음파 두께 측정 (UT): 선체 및 배관의 잔존 두께 측정

  • 음극 보호 전위 측정 (CP): 아노드 및 도장층의 부식 방지 성능 평가

  • 치수 및 정렬 검사: 구조물 설치 정밀도 및 수평 정렬 확인

These inspections are essential for detecting defects, corrosion, and structural weakness in critical underwater components — all without causing damage to the material or coatings.

 

NDT Services Include:

  • Alternating Current Field Measurement (ACFM) – Weld crack detection without removing coating

  • Eddy Current Testing – Surface flaw detection on non-ferrous materials

  • Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) – Crack detection on ferromagnetic metals

  • Ultrasonic Wall Thickness Measurement (UT)– Remaining thickness measurement on hull or pipe

  • Cathodic Potential Measurement (CP) – Corrosion protection performance analysis

  • Dimensional & Alignment Survey – Structural fit-up and installation accuracy check
